Pre-Finished Shapes
P.F.S. (Pre-Finished Shapes) is a composite product made from expanded polystyrene and channel reinforced with 2½” x ½” 18 gauge galvanized c-channel. The profile or flat panels are totally encapsulated with basecoat, mesh and finish to facilitate the installation of a pre-finished wall panel or cornice meeting EIMA standards. The channel also serves as a means of attaching the pre-finished components in conjunction with the appropriate E.I.F.S. adhesive.
